Oregon Offers New 2025 Linebacker Target
A position we felt Oregon might not have enough targets at is seeing some activity recently. Another linebacker target has emerged in the 2025 class for the Ducks. This time back in the Lone Star state.
Cy Falls (Texas) linebacker Kaleb Burns announced on Thursday a new offer from the Ducks. The 6-foot-1, 230-pounder has been committed to Baylor since July 30. Burns also has offers from Texas Tech, TCU, Houston and others.
Burns was recently upgraded with On3 to a four-star and now ranks as the No. 146 overall player and No. 16 ranked linebacker nationally. This is with On3’s rankings only, he’s currently No. 334 nationally with the On3 Industry Ranking.
Currently Oregon does not have a linebacker committed in the 2025 recruiting class.
