Oregon Ducks tight end Terrance Ferguson catches a pass as he’s brought down by Oregon State Beavers defensive back Jermod McCoy during the first half of the annual rivalry game on Friday, Nov. 24, 2023 at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Ore.

The Ducks are working the transfer portal at various positions. It’s a management of need, numbers and talent Dan Lanning has to balance.

Late Wednesday night the Ducks offered in-state rival cornerback Jermod McCoy. The 6-foot, 170-pounder was a key starter for the Beavers last season at corner.
