Oregon pregame injury report ahead of home-opener against Eastern Washington

The Oregon Ducks enter Saturday’s home-opener against Eastern Washington relatively healthy on both sides of the ball.
The Ducks were dealt a major injury blow earlier this week when head coach Dan Lanning announced that all-conference defensive tackle Popo Aumavae is likely to miss the rest of the season with a foot injury.

Here’s a rundown of which players will not be available, or whose status is questionable for the Ducks this evening.
Questionable
- WR Caleb Chapman (hamstring/hip flexor)
- OL Ryan Walk (knee)
During his media availabilities this week, Dan Lanning said that Walk and Chapman are both “dinged up” and dealing with injuries. Walk was not seen practicing during the portions that were open to reporters this week, but he was in uniform and went through pregame warmups. Marcus Harper got most of the reps at left guard with the first-unit during warmups, though, and it appears that Harper could be in line for his first career start.
Out
- OL Michael Wooten
- OL Bram Walden
- DL Popo Aumavae (foot)
- DL Maceal Afaese (foot)
- DL Sua’ava Poti (foot)
