Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux becomes fourth unanimous All-American in program history
Kayvon Thibodeaux is officially a unanimous All-American.
The American Football Coaches Association released its All-American team Wednesday morning and tabbed Thibodeaux as a first-team selection. He has now been selected to all five major teams and has achieved unanimous All-American status as a result.
Thibodeaux becomes just the fourth Duck ever to accomplish that and the first since Penei Sewell in 2019. Marcus Mariota (2014) and LaMichael James (2010) all were consensus All-Americans.
