Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux to attend NFL Draft in Las Vegas
The NFL Draft kicks off in just two short weeks.
With one of football’s biggest days of the year just around the corner, the NFL announced on Thursday a list of 21 players who will be in attendance at the Draft’s opening night in Las Vegas.
Among them is former Oregon star edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux. He is one of just four Pac-12 players who will be in attendance.
Just a few months ago, Thibodeaux was the odds-on favorite to go No. 1 overall in the Draft. Now, though, it is uncertain if he will even be selected within the top-10. A handful of notable Draft analysts have him ranked anywhere in the 5-10 range on their respective big boards.

That is, in large part, due to questions surrounding his effort and consistency during his time in Oregon. During Oregon’s pro day in Eugene earlier this month, Thibodeaux responded to that criticism.
“I’m gonna be honest: the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard is that I’m not the best player in the draft,” Thibodeaux said. “That, to me, is outrageous. With the film, with the numbers, and what I can do as far as my ability, I have confidence in what I can do.”
The NFL Draft begins Thursday, April 28 at 5 p.m. PT on ESPN and will conclude Saturday, April 30.
