Oregon's Recruiting Class Surging Towards Top Five
Well happy Monday everyone. I bet you found that surprise quite nice to start the week. The relentless pursuit of five-star EDGE Elijah Rushing has given the Ducks another elite commit.
The 6-foot-6, 225-pounder is one of the top-ranked recruits nationally. Rushing is the No. 35 ranked player in the country and No. 5 ranked EDGE prospect in the On3 Industry Rankings. That addition has pushed Oregon’s recruiting class dangerously close to a top five class.
In the last few weeks Oregon landed commitments from four-star JUCO DB Sione Laulea and near five-star defensive lineman Aydin Breland. Those two additions plus Rushing pushed Oregon’s class from the teens up to No. 6 nationally.
