Oregon's T.J. Bass named second-team All-American by The Athletic
The year-end accolades continue to roll in for Oregon left tackle T.J. Bass.
Bass, a fifth-year senior who started every game for the Ducks this season, was named a second-team All-American by The Athletic on Wednesday.
He is the lone Oregon player, and one of just six Pac-12 players, who landed on either of the publication’s All-American teams.
In 12 games this season, Bass has played 828 offensive snaps — the third-most among Oregon offensive players and the 13th-most among all Pac-12 offensive linemen, according to Pro Football Focus. He has not surrendered a sack and has surrendered just two quarterback hits.
