Oregon's updated roster reflects position, jersey number changes

Spring ball has officially begun in Eugene.
Dan Lanning’s Oregon Ducks kicked off spring practice Thursday in what will be the first of 15 practices over the next six weeks.
Shortly before practice began, Oregon released the first version of its spring 2022 roster, and it reflected a few notable changes.
Position changes
- Adrian Jackson (OLB >> ILB)
- Jabril McNeill (ILB >> OLB)
- Jonathan Flowe (OLB >> DB)
- Jonah Miller (OL >> DL)
A few other position listings worth noting:
- Jeffrey Bassa is listed as an ILB after starting last year as a defensive back and converting to linebacker midway through the year.
- Jackson Powers-Johnson is listed as an OL/DL. He worked exclusively with the defense during the portion of Thursday’s practice that was open to media.
- Seven McGee is listed strictly as a WR after spending time at both WE and RB in 2021.
- Jake Shipley is listed as a DT after working as a JOKER/OLB last season.
- DJ Johnson is listed strictly as an OLB after splitting time at OLB and TE last season.
