On the latest episode of the Ducks Dish Podcast, ScoopDuck’s Max Torres and Justin Hopkins dive into the latest in Oregon Football recruiting in the 2026 class. Four-star Jonas Williams flipped from Oregon to USC over the weekend after visiting the Trojans in Los Angeles for Junior day earlier this month.

Where does Oregon go now? The answer to that question starts with the nation’s No. 1 quarterback, Jared Curtis from Nashville Christian (Tenn.) Shortly after Williams flipped to Lincoln Riley and USC, Curtis announced that his recruitment is now down to a final two of Oregon and Georgia. The Ducks have the No. 1 ranked recruiting class in the 2026 even after Williams flipped to the Trojans.

Moving forward Curtis has official visits set to both programs in June, but no decision date has been set. Are Will Stein and the Ducks the leaders in the clubhouse? Time will tell, but Oregon has certainly excelled at recruiting the position lately, whether that’s at the high school level or in the transfer portal with passers like Bo Nix and Dillon Gabriel both having Heisman finalist caliber seasons during their careers in Eugene.

Plus, 2026 Oregon defensive line commit Tomuhini Topui is still being pursued heavily by USC, but the Ducks aren’t going to ease up in his recruitment. Oregon has one of the best defensive line hauls in the country for 2026 and the Trinity League MVP is a big part of what Dan Lanning, Tony Tuioti and the Ducks are building in the trenches.
