Howdy all. It’s Wednesday, the halfway point and soon it will be gameday.

This week the Pac-12 has some intriguing matchups on tap. Including Oregon heading to Tucson to take on Arizona. Even though this one looks lopsided on paper, the Ducks have always struggled in the desert.

There are some other intriguing matchups however. Let’s take a look at this weeks slate of games in the Pac-12.

Utah @ UCLA

12:30 – Fox

Tough draw for UCLA. You get a tough Washington team last week and an even tougher Utah team this week. Thankfully at home. This has the feel of another close game but I wonder about the Bruins suffering from a little bit of big-game hangover. Utah easily dismantled Oregon State, we’ll see if they can do it again.

Washington @ ASU

1:00 – Pac-12 Networks

Huskies get a nice little bounce-back game here. Even with it being in Tempe, it’s not after dark and really ASU isn’t very good. This should get the Huskies back on track, for now.

39-20 Washington

Washington State @ USC

4:30 – Fox

This feels like a really bad matchup for USC. I would definitely feel better about it for the Cougs if it was in Pullman. I have picked against USC twice and they were 2 of my 5 missed picks. I won’t pick against them here, but I do expect this to be the game of the week in the conference.

44-37 USC

Oregon @ Arizona

Already posted for this week.

55-30 Oregon

Oregon State @ Stanford

8:00 – ESPN

Definitely an interesting game here. If this game was in Corvallis, I’d be a little more confident in OSU. I’m still pretty confident in the Beavs. But playing in Palo Alto will keep it a shade closer than it should be.

38-27 Oregon State
