QUACK: Oregon Flips 2025 Wide Receiver Following SNL

On Saturday night the Ducks hosted almost 100 recruits on campus for it’s camp-like event. Saturday Night Live in the past has resulted in a number of commits for the Ducks. And this year is no different.
Dan Lanning and his staff were able to host Weiss (Texas) wide receiver Adrian Wilson. The class of 2025 pass-catcher was committed to TCU prior to his arrival. Still the staff wanted a chance to evaluate him and make its own impression.
The 6-foot-1, 170-pounder is the No. 64 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings. Wilson is the No. 10 ranked wide receiver in the same rankings.
Here is what he told On3’s Sam Spiegelman about his decision to ‘flip’ to Oregon.
“Oregon was a school I wanted to be at, and getting Coach Will Stein there helped a lot,” Wilson said. “He’s close with my head coach and we run the Oregon offense already. They made that offense while they were at Lake Travis (High School) and the offenses are the same and will continue to be the same.”

Wilson becomes the No. 3 commit in the 2025 class for the Ducks. Joining wide receiver Dallas Wilson and offensive lineman Sandman Thompson. The latter was also at SNL with the O-line group.
Oregon’s early 2025 recruiting class currently ranks as the No. 3 ranked class at the moment, only behind Alabama and Georgia.
Wilson was easily one of the top performers at the SNL event at Oregon. Expect Oregon to continue to push into the Lone Star state for multiple prospects from the 2025 class.
