Report: Oregon hiring Steelers' Adrian Klemm as OL coach
Dan Lanning had a banner day Monday morning as he pulled from the pro ranks to add a pair of marquee coaches to his Oregon staff.
Just minutes before news broke that Lanning is hiring Tosh Lupoi as his defensive coordinator, it was also reported that Oregon is set to make a hire on the offensive side of the ball.
Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports reported Monday morning that Oregon is hiring Adrian Klemm, offensive line coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers, as its OL coach and run game coordinator.
One interesting note from Thamel’s report is that Klemm is leaving the Steelers this week to start with the Ducks. Lanning will not officially return to Eugene to begin his Oregon tenure until after Georgia concludes its season.
