Report: Oregon's Taylor Bigby enters transfer portal
Oregon has lost another key player from its women’s basketball team.
On Friday, James Crepea of the OregonianOregonLive reported that Ducks’ freshman guard Taylor Bigby has entered the transfer portal.
Bigby becomes the fourth Oregon player this week to enter the transfer portal, and the fifth in that same time span to leave the program.
Maddie Scherr, Kylee Watson, and Sydney Parrish all entered the transfer portal on Monday, and Nyara Sabally opted to enter the WBNA Draft.

Bigby, a former blue-chip recruit, was the No. 29 player in the class of 2021, according to ESPNW. However, she played just nine games for the Ducks after suffering a foot injury early in the season. She returned from that injury in January, but did not play in a game following Oregon’s Jan. 17 win over UConn.
Bigby averaged 2.0 points per game and shot 25 percent from the field in 10.6 minutes per game.
With her departure, the Ducks are now set to return seven players from last year’s squad and also have an incoming recruiting class that is ranked No. 2 in the nation and features four players.
