So Cal Spotlight: Week 1 Recap and Analysis

The high school football season kicked off in Southern California last week, and ScoopDuck was able to hit the road for two games to check in on Oregon targets, commits and rising talent in the region. Today I'm recapping what transpired in both of those games and giving my analysis on some key players.
