Few teams in all of college football were more proactive when it came to acquiring talent through the transfer portal last offseason than the Oregon Ducks.

Dan Lanning and his staff added 14 players by way of the portal, and nearly all of them locked down meaningful roles during the 2023 season.

This offseason, the Ducks are expected to be plenty active in the portal once again ahead of their 2024 move to the Big Ten.

Throughout the offseason, the ScoopDuck staff will keep you updated with a running list of each player who publicly announces that they have received an offer from Oregon.

Oregon 2024 transfer portal targets

WR Cyrus Allen — Louisiana Tech

Former Lousiana Tech standout Cyrus Allen is the second receiver of the 2024 transfer cycle to announce an offer from the Ducks.

In two seasons at Louisiana Tech, the 6-foot, 177-pound sophomore caught 68 passes for 1,278 yards and eight touchdowns in 21 games. Last season, hauled in 46 catches for 778 yards and four touchdowns.

WR Zavion Thomas — Mississippi State

Mississippi State burner Zavion Thomas is expected to be one of the top receivers in the portal and could help Oregon account for the possible departures of Troy Franklin and Tez Johnson to the NFL Draft.

CB Jermod McCoy — Oregon State

Oregon could potentially benefit from the portal exodus occurring up the road in Corvallis.

One of the Beavers’ top young defenders, Jermod McCoy, announced on Wednesday that he has received an offer from the Ducks.

Washington, USC, Colorado, Florida, and plenty of other schools have come in with offers for the former 3-star signee already, too.

As a true freshman at Oregon State last season, McCoy played 410 snaps and recorded two interceptions and six pass breakups in 11 games.

At Clemson last season, Mukuba excelled at multiple positions. He logged 315 snaps at slot corner, 185 at free safety, and 90 at box safety while racking up 42 total tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, six pass deflections, and one fumble recovery.
