Oregon's 2026 recruiting class is off to a great start and the coaching staff has sent out a flurry of new offers. One of those new offers was to 2026 Ventura (Calif.) High linebacker Tristan Phillips, who's offer sheet is approaching 20 schools. ScoopDuck caught up with Phillips to get his thoughts on the offer and the latest in his recruitment.
