Oregon got back on track in Week 2 with an emphatic 70-14 win over Eastern Washington at Autzen Stadium.

A week after being run off the field by Georgia, the Ducks took control of the game on both sides of the ball early and cruised to one of the more lopsided wins in recent program history.

“I thought our guys just went out there every single day at practice and said, ‘What can we get better at?'” Oregon coach Dan Lanning said in his postgame press conference. “I thought our guys really attacked that. We have a lot of respect for Eastern Washington; they’re a good football team. That being said, we felt like our biggest opponent today was Oregon.

“We had to go out there and execute well for Oregon.”
