What addition of Jermaine Couisnard means for Oregon men's basketball program

Oregon made a major splash in the transfer portal on Monday when it added former South Carolina leading scorer Jermaine Couisnard. The Ducks entered this offseason with question marks at the guard position, but have answered those questions in a resounding way by adding two of the top guards in the portal. In addition to Couisnard, Oregon also landed a commitment from former Colorado guard Keeshawn Barthelemy in April. Oregon now has as much quality depth at guard as any team in the Pac-12, and will have options aplenty in the backcourt next season.
