Dillon Gabriel Reacs To Oregon State Win

Oregon’s offense came alive in Week 3, as the Ducks rattled off over 500 yards of total offense against the rival Oregon State Beavers en route to a 49-14 win. They got a win on the road to capture crucial momentum heading into a bye week in Week 4.

Quarterback Dillon Gabriel played a major role in the offense’s effectiveness and efficiency, as he accounted for more than 350 yards of offense and 3 touchdowns of his own.

We also saw Oregon’s offensive line take a step forward against the Beavers, as Gabriel was able to sit back in the pocket, work through his progression, and distribute the ball to his plethora of weapons in Will Stein’s offense.

Through 3 weeks Gabriel looks on par with what he was the last two seasons at Oklahoma. He’s thrown for 914 total yards, completed 79 of his 94 passes and tossed 6 touchdowns through the air. He’s also contributed 26 yards on 18 carries and scored a pair of touchdowns on the ground.

But how does he stack up against the rest of the elite players in college football for the sport’s most prestigious award?

Let’s check in on where Gabriel stands in the Week 4 Heisman Trophy odds, according to Fan Duel.
