Penn State’s receiver position remains a mystery, with plenty of intriguing possibilities heading into the third weekend in June. This weekend, the team hosts four-star speedster Josiah Brown out of New York for his official visit. While we outlined several of Brown’s skills before, we haven’t done a proper advanced scouting breakdown of his abilities. So, let’s change that.
