Penn State became one of the latest programs to offer Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin Class of 2026 defensive lineman Brian Harris earlier in the week. At that point, the 6-foot-4, 290-pound prospect was committed to Maryland. That’s no longer the case, as Harris stepped away from his Terps pledge on Sunday morning.
