Beaver Stadium renovation renderings: What could the new home of Penn State football eventually look like?
Penn State Athletics is offering the latest look at what its $700 million Beaver Stadium renovation project could look like upon completion. The school started some of the work before the 2024 season. It then accelerated construction activity at the conclusion of it, starting by knocking down the press box to begin planned changes to the west side of the stadium. Over $65 million has been raised so far for the project. It will go toward things such as the Schuyler Family Club, the PAM Health Misitano Tower, the Marzano Club, the Lubert Family welcome center, and more.
“Beaver Stadium is home to the best fans in the country, who have created the best environment in college football,” Lions coach James Franklin said in a news release. “These renovations will give Nittany Nation the opportunity to continue bringing the home field advantage in new and improved spaces. We are excited for the impact these renovations will have on our athletics department, the University and our community.

Added athletic director Pat Kraft:
“Our next phase will modernize the west side of Beaver Stadium while maintaining its historic roots. As we continue to make these changes, we only further enhance our stadium, making it one of the most intimidating places to play in the country! This project is not just a project for football, it is one that will impact all 31 sports teams at Penn State, our campus community and the Centre Region for years to come.”
