Penn State Recruiting January Recap

With a deep playoff run taking up the first half of the month, Penn State missed out on some of the recruiting calendar to start the new year. While any team would trade the opportunity at a national championship for a weekend or two hosting prospects, it limits the time and players the team could meet. So, with all that considered, how did Penn State do in January?
