The Penn State football team’s anemic passing attack has been the main story for the 2023 offseason. On today’s show, we’re taking you inside the data that we’ve assembled to explain why Andy Kotelnicki can fix the passing game and why he was hired to be the next offensive coordinator for head coach James Franklin.
