Penn State won't be able to connect with prospects at the game this weekend but plenty of it's top regional targets will take the trip to see them play West Virginia on Saturday.

Penn State football takes on West Virginia this weekend in Morgantown to start the 2024 season. But with the game on the road, the Nittany Lions have a recruiting snag.
