The Penn State Football team opens the doors of Beaver Stadium for the annual Blue-White Game on Saturday. Blue White Illustrated has been following the team all spring and shares what we’re looking for tomorrow during the team’s two-hour live scrimmage. Join us live at 2 pm from Nittany Cards Plus at 1631 South Atherton Street in State College.

Industry insiders Sean Fitz and Nate Bauer will give you their thoughts on the team as it wraps up spring football this week and what players or situations interest them the most. We’ll give you a sneak preview of the latest film room from former Penn State offensive lineman Landon Tengwall. This week, he’s reviewing Chop Robinson’s performance from this past season. As always, there’s never a bad time to subscribe to the BWI YouTube Channel!

Penn State Blue-White Game Preview

Some fans tune in weekly to find out the latest from Penn State practice, while others are checking in for the first time. We’ll start the show by recapping what fans should expect from the upcoming game. We’ll discuss head coach James Franklin’s comments about how the team will be divided into the Blue and White teams and discuss the major storylines from this spring. Who is in and who is out? Our experts will give listeners a sense of who will and won’t be playing on Saturday.

Next, we’ll examine how Chop Robinson dominated last season as a defensive end. Tengwall is back to join T-Frank’s Film Room. They’ll discuss Robinson’s unique skillset and what it says about his NFL future.

Finally, we’ll get to the game on Saturday. Fitz and Nate will discuss the top five players they’re interested in watching on Saturday. Despite our weekly look into practice, this will be the longest view the media gets of the team this spring. They’ll discuss players that they’re fascinated to learn more about.

We’ll also discuss the most critical aspects of the game from a team-wide level. What are they interested in learning about the offense, defense, and special teams?

Finally, we’ll throw out players in line for awards after the game. Who do they think the offensive and defensive MVPs will be? Who is the biggest surprise? Finally, with the team divided evenly, will the offense or defense win the day?
