Penn State climbs in the College Football Playoff Rankings
The Nittany Lions got a good draw this week in the College Football Playoff rankings. Penn State rose to the number four slot after several ranked teams lost last weekend in conference play. What does that mean for the team’s chances in the playoffs? One of the notable trends this year is that for a team ranked in the top five of the college football world, Penn State does not have many blowout wins. Yes, they’ve won several games by multiple scores, but the team has yet to put away lesser talent early.
