The Penn State Nittany Lions don’t start spring practice until next week, but spring visits are already in full swing around college football. Today on the BWI Live Recruiting Show, we’re previewing the players who plan to visit Happy Valley in the coming weeks.

Penn State news and notes

We’ll start today’s show by discussing the latest Penn State news, including portal movement for a former Nittany Lion. Former defensive lineman Smith Vilbert announced that he’s transferring to North Carolina to play for Bill Belichick.
