Reaction to Landon Tengwall retirement

In an unfortunate update, Penn State will be without Tengwall’s services for the remainder of the season. The third-year offensive lineman is stepping away from football due to an injury.

“It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing my retirement from Football. Unfortunately, I have sustained an injury that will not allow me to safely continue to play the game I love, and that has given me so much,” Tengwall announced in a statement on social media Wednesday night.
