As the recruiting board continues to take shape in February, it’s time to start breaking down the priorities in the next cycle. We continue on Monday with the Nittany Lions’ second commitment in the Class of 2024, Pittsburgh linebacker Anthony Speca Speca joined the class last month and quickly established himself as one of the pillars of Penn State’s class.
