Penn State became one of the latest programs to offer Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin Class of 2026 defensive lineman Brian Harris earlier this month. The three-star prospect then stepped back from his Maryland commitment and he could be on the verge of blowing up following a positional MVP performance at Under Armour Orlando on Sunday.
