Penn State had no shortage of top targets make the cut this past Monday when On3 released its initial Top 100 for the Class of 2027. That list included the staff's lone commit in the class, as McKeesport prospect Kemon Spell was ranked not only the No. 1 player in Pennsylvania but also the top-ranked running back in the country heading into his sophomore season.
