Penn State’s visitor list for Saturday’s Blue-White Game continues to grow. Our list at Blue White Illustrated has now surpassed 70 prospects and will likely creep closer to 80 or potentially even 90 players by the time tomorrow’s game kicks off at 2 p.m. ET.

In the Class of 2024, one of the latest players to confirm his plans is offensive lineman Donovan Harbour from Waukesha, Wisc. A four-star prospect, Harbour earned an offer from offensive line coach Phil Trautwein a year ago in April 2022. Trautwein and members of PSU’s recruiting staff have been steadily speaking with Catholic Memorial star, although Saturday’s trip will be his first to Happy Valley.

So far, Harbour has earned more than 20 Power Five scholarship offers. The 6-foot-4, 305-pound interior lineman narrowed his list to seven schools back on Dec. 31. In addition to Penn State, Harbour included Florida, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Florida, Oregon and Penn State are the only three he has yet to visit.

On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine currently gives Wisconsin the best chance of landing his commitment at 26.4 percent. Ohio State is just behind the Badgers at 23.1 percent, followed by Tennessee (19.8%) and Michigan State (8.6%).

According to the On3 Industry Ranking, Harbour is ranked No. 165 nationally. He’s considered the 10th-ranked interior offensive lineman and the No. 1 player in Wisconsin for the Class of 2024.

So far, Penn State holds just one commitment from a Class of 2024 offensive lineman in Erie, Pa., native Cooper Cousins. We expect the Nittany Lions to sign as many as five lineman in this class.
