Four future Penn State wrestlers are finishing their latest high school seasons at their respective tournaments this weekend. Class of 2026 commit Sam Herring, from Johnstown, Pa., Bishop McCort and Class of 2025 commits Dalton Perry (Central Mountain) and Asher Cunningham (State College) are competing in the PIAA Tournament. Herring is in the 139-pound Class 2A bracket. Perry and Cunningham compete at 145- and 172 pounds, respectively, in Class 3A. Then, in Ohio, the nation’s No. 1 recruit and Nittany Lions Class of 2025 signee, Marcus Blaze, is in action for Perrysburg at the OSHAA tournament. He is competing at 150 pounds this postseason after wrestling all year at 138 to help ensure his team qualified as many for the state event as possible following an injury to a teammate.

The PIAA tournament is on day two on Friday. The OSHAA Tournament starts today. This is your home for updates from both. Note: This page does not update automatically.
