All-Big Ten Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Selections

Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year

Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year

Griese-Brees Quarterback of the Year

Ameche-Dayne Running Back of the Year

Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year

Tatum-Woodson Defensive Back of the Year

Bakken-Andersen Kicker of the Year

Eddleman-Fields Punter of the Year

Rodgers-Dwight Return Specialist of the Year

Hayes-Schembechler Coach of the Year and Dave McClain Coach of the Year

Penn State senior Tyler Warren is guaranteed to win the tight end honor and will be up for the offensive player of the year honor with Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel and Indiana’s Kurtis Rourke. Ohio State’s Caleb Downs will likely take the defensive back of the year award honor, though Nittany Lions senior Jaylen Reed certainly has a case to make for it. The defensive linemen of the year honor will go to either Oregon’s Matayo Uiagalelei, Indiana’s Mikail Kamara, or the Lions’ Abdul Carter, who should be the favorite for it. The defensive player of the year honor is likely down to Downs and Carter, as well.
