Penn State tweets of the day
Parking for the Round 1 matchup at Beaver Stadium between the No. 6 Nittany Lions and No. 11 Mustangs starts at $106. Fans can purchase a pass HERE. Note that all parking purchased via that link will be delivered electronically.
“Fans are asked to save their mobile parking pass to an Apple or Google Wallet prior to game day and to have the mobile parking pass ready to be scanned when entering the parking lot,” Penn State writes in a news release. “All parking passes are only valid for the lot listed on the mobile parking pass.”
Lots open at 7 a.m. The one-way traffic pattern around Beaver Stadium will go into effect much earlier than it normally does for a Noon game. It starts at 8 a.m. ET, and not the usual 2.5 hours before kickoff. Those needing more information on that can click here to learn more.

Last but not least, anyone who previously reserved parking should be getting it soon.
“Fans who reserved their regular-season parking space for the CFP First Round Game should be receiving their passes early this week,” PSU writes. “Those who reserved in advance received an email notification later over the weekend with tracking information. Parking passes reserved in advance were sent to the address on file in your Penn State Account Manager.”

Quote of the day
“Drew has been phenomenal. Mom and Dad have been phenomenal. Had a ton of conversations. ANd obviously he’s doing a ton of really good things, and he’s developing, and he’s getting better, and he’s playing great. He’s leading. And I think there’s a lot of excitement, because I think they believe, and we believe there’s still a lot of room for growth and development. We want to be a part of that, and I think they trust us in that. And obviously there’s been a ton of conversations with NFL GMs and scouts to be able to provide NFL reports and information to our players of where they’re at and what their strengths are and what their weaknesses are and how do we take that information, make a decision and then spend once the season is over, time, attacking those things that people consider weaknesses.”
