How to watch Penn State wrestling in the quarterfinal round of the 2025 NCAA Championships: Time and TV info, matches, more

Penn State is believed to be the only team in history to go 20-0 on day one of the NCAA Wrestling Championships. It means 10 Nittany Lions are in this afternoon’s quarterfinal round. Head coach Cael Sanderson’s team starts the day with an 11.5-point lead over Oklahoma State in the team race. PSU has 39.5 to the Cowboys’ 28.

NCAA Championships: Day 2 scedule

Session three starts at Noon ET. It features championship bracket quarterfinal action plus consolation bracket matches. It is expected to run until 3:30 p.m. Then, the semifinals headline session four, which begins at 8 p.m. ET. There are consolation bracket bouts in that session, as well.

How to watch, follow the Lions at NCAAs

The NCAA Wrestling Tournament’s second day will be a mixture of live television coverage and streaming. Penn State matches will be part of ESPU’s coverage of session three. Specific mat cameras will be available to stream, as well, via ESPN+. ESPN2 then airs the semifinals in session four. ESPN+ mat cast is available for that, as well.

The Penn State Sports Network will be on the air with the prematch show at 11:40 p.m. for session three on Thursday and at 7:40 p.m. for session four. Longtime broadcaster Jeff Byers will be on the call. Click here to access the free LionVision feed.
