Live Updates: Penn State's June 2 Elite Prospect Camp
After wrapping up official visits this morning, Penn State head coach James Franklin and his staff will now switch their focus to scouting Sunday afternoon. The list of expected attendees includes a handful of intriguing 2025 prospects, most notably offensive lineman Amory Hills from Maryland.
As Blue White Illustrated’s Sean Fitz reported this morning, Hills is set to work out with Phil Trautwein this afternoon before returning to State College next weekend for an official visit. Hills also has official visits locked in with Maryland (June 13-15) and Virginia Tech (June 21-23).
If you missed our breakdown on Friday, there are a handful top underclassmen that are expected to attend, led by Maryland native Zion Elee, who’s currently ranked as the nation’s No. 1 edge rusher in the 2026 class. Another On300 prospect, Princeton, W.Va., defensive end Daniel Jennings, also confirmed that he plans to work out with Penn State defensive line coach Deion Barnes this weekend.
Tight end Colt Lumpris and wide receiver Myles McAfee look to be two of the best in the Mid-Atlantic region for the 2027 class. Penn State is yet to offer the duo, but that could very well change this weekend.
