Penn State’s flip season efforts in the Class of 2025 have featured some familiar names from earlier in the cycle. The Nittany Lions turned wide receiver Matthew Outten from Virginia Tech and flipped defensive back Josh Johnson in the last two months, and there’s no intention of slowing down with the class currently at 25 commitments.
