It was a big week for the Penn State football team with a high-visibility win on the road against SEC opponent Auburn. But what does that win do for recruiting? That’s the focus of today’s BWI Daily Recruiting show.
Penn State recruiting bump from blowout win?
Host Ryan Snyder and Sean Fitz, two recruiting veterans of the Penn State football beat discuss what transpired over the weekend with Nittany Lions recruiting in the wake of a blowout win. While one win is great, the discussion turns quickly from what happened on Saturday to what it sets up in the future.
However, one player, four-star safety Dakaari Nelson, was at the game this weekend as a guest of the Tigers and spoke with Snyder about his experience on Saturday. The Nittany Lion commit has taken a handful of visits to other schools since committing to Penn State and Snyder asked him about that this weekend. He relays what the Alabama native said and gives his perspective on the situation. Penn State fans are nervous about losing another southern prospect as the calendar gets closer to National Signing day. Do they have reason to worry?
