Notes: Recapping Penn State's best and final camp of the summer

Penn State’s final camp of the summer was not its biggest, but from a talent ratio standpoint the Mini-Camp on Saturday may have been its best. Nine Penn State commitments were on-hand to work out in small group settings with their future position coaches.
