In talking with Penn State’s players after the Nittany Lions’ win over Bowling Green on Saturday, there was relief all around. The No. 8 team in the country was pushed to the limit by one of the MAC favorites in a 34-27 win. While players and coaches could exhale after the win, there were some unexpected lessons for the Nittany Lions to take into the bye week.
