NY DL Jaylin Hicks checks out Penn State spring practice

New Rochelle (N.Y.) Iona Prep defensive lineman Jaylin Hicks made his return to Penn State on Saturday to watch the Nittany Lions go through a spring practice. Hicks came away impressed with James Franklin’s program.
