The Nittany Lions offered back in January and running backs coach Ja’Juan Seider has led the charge.
“Penn State has been treating me with straight love,” he said on Tuesday morning. “Coach Seider has been talking to me and telling me a lot about the real world and life, not just about football. I’m looking to see how the place looks and to finally meet the coaches in person and see the area.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Wiliams will be at Auburn on Tuesday as well. He visited Florida Atlantic and Miami in the spring as well.
