Penn State football will learn its postseason destination today. If the No. 10 and 10-2 Nittany Lions are going to a New Year’s Six bowl game for the second year in a row, they will learn their matchup around 2:30 p.m. ET. If they are out of the NY6 mix, the remaining bowl assignments will come out after 4 p.m. ET.

Here’s where the Lions are slotted on selection Sunday.

Where will the Lions end up?

Most years, the section above this one is filled with the same opponent and game. This is not one of those years. We still think Penn State will end up in the Peach Bowl. But, who it plays is anyone’s guess, and this is not a situation where you can book multiple flights early. It’s a toss up.

What do subscribers get? One example is transfer portal visitor updates. BWI members knew earlier this week that Division-II tackle target Anthony Herron will make an official visit to campus next weekend.

Herron, who is native to Westmoreland, Jamaica, and played high school football in Georgia, stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 310 pounds, according to his Shorter University bio. He played in 22 games for the school over the last two seasons. The On3 Industry Transfer Portal Rankings call him a three-star who is the 12th-best offensive tackle currently in the portal. Penn State will have a chance to impress him in hopes of landing him next weekend.
