The Penn State offense gets another commit on the board for the Class of 2023, finally breaking through at the receiver position. Wednesday, four-star receiver from New Jersey, Ejani Shakir announced he's committing to the program. The Lions won Shakir's services over in-state Rutgers and West Virginia. Shakir is also the 12th player to commit to the Class of 2023, marking a rough halfway point for the cycle.  But what is Penn State getting in the 6-0, 175-pound wideout?
