Penn State extends offer to former FIU lineman Miles Frazier
Penn State continues to search the country for quality transfer portal targets.
On Tuesday, James Franklin and his staff extended an offer to one of the top offensive line prospects in the portal in New Jersey native Miles Frazier.
Frazier, who played the past season at Florida International, entered the portal on Nov. 29. Within 24 hours he reported 20 scholarship offers and that’s only climbed over the past few weeks. Penn State’s offer brings him to 32 total.
During the contact period, Frazier hosted coaches from all over the country, including Auburn, N.C. State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Florida State and Texas A&M, among others.
He also took time over the past few weeks to visit a few schools. That included a stop at N.C. State on Dec. 11 before traveling to LSU for a visit the next day.

It’s also clear that Penn State is likely playing from behind here. Just yesterday, Frazeir announced a top three of Florida State, LSU and Ohio State.
