Penn State offensive line coach Phil Trautwein has done it again. The Nittany Lions targeted one final prospect in the runup to National Signing Day, and he delivered for the second year in a row. This time it’s four-star tackle prospect Chimdy Onoh. The Maryland native opened up his recruitment late after a surge in his stock late in his senior season.
