Franklin discusses 2024 Penn State season

Speaking earlier in the day, Franklin previewed the team’s opening game against Big 12 regional foe West Virginia.

“We’ve played games like this, [going to] Auburn a few years ago. Even our game at Purdue was a great game to open the season,” Franklin said. “I think our guys know what it’s about. This isn’t the NFL where you get a chance to work the kinks out. We’ve got to be playing well from week one, and there’s a handful of those games across the country,” Franklin said.

Joining Franklin in Indianapolis for the event is redshirt senior+ defensive tackle Dvon J-Thomas, senior safety Jaylen Reed, and senior tight end Tyler Warren. Check out Blue White Illustrated for coverage of the event including comments from the three Nittany Lions representatives.
