Penn State head coach James Franklin previews Wisconsin
One of the topics from Monday that came up frequently was the team’s lack of explosive runs over the last several weeks. Franklin said that while he wants his team to have more of those, they won’t force it in order to meet a quota. The offense will do what it needs to win each game given the opponent’s game plan.
“I think for us, we got to do whatever we got to do to win, and that will be different each week, and that will look different each week based on, I think your point might what we’re doing offensively and what the game plan is, but also impacted by that is how the defense decides to game plan and how the defense decides to play us,” Franklin said.
